Hi I am a wife, mom of three kids 10,7, and 4 and have two weimeraners 12 and 11yrs old and a 2 1/2 yr old cat. I enjoy quilting, sewing, reading, being with my family, shopping, and baking. I also have a shop on etsy under sewstylish. I live in upstate NY where we get beautiful season changes.

Dear Janey,
Hi. Good to read your blog, wondered why the gap between entries……….oct until nov? When I started a few months ago I panicked a bit and didn’t blog very often but am enjoying reading the blogs now and have my own Iaptop so may try to blog more often. I think we have similar interests. I’m 52 and live in Australia, in Sydney and have a husband and 23 year old son who has set up the computer and blogging etc and is in fact a bit of a genius on them so any queries and he’d be happy to help you. I can’t believe you met Kaffe Fassett.I have nearly all his books.
I am madly sewing getting set up for an internet based business [probably etsy and ebay] and I sew quilts, throws, clothing etc
Hope your daughter is allright after the tick bite……my goodness………that brings back my childhood. Where did your husband go hunting?
